This is a book design based and inspired by an object’s metaphor and I chose the candle as my object. The meaning I observed behind it is the record of the passing time while I observe the candle burning.

This book has divided into 3 chapters that include the selected articles and artworks that talk about the passing of time which is Relationships, Objects, and Nature.

The book itself is also a recording of time which include a time index presenting the time passed when reading, color gradients of time passed within a day and the fire bruning on the candle, and different chapter detail in hierarchy to highlight time passed when paper faded after time.
